- This database includes a wide variety of business journals that cover "business conditions, trends, corporate strategies and tactics, management techniques, competitive and product information" and many other topics. You can search some 1,300 journals for citations and abstracts. Full text is available online for approximately half of those journals.
- ABI/INFORM Dateline Business, Economics: local and regional business publications Search a unique resource focusing on hard-to-find local and regional business news coverage of large corporations, privately held companies, local start-ups, executive profiles, marketing, finance, and industry news. Provides access to business information not typically found in national news sources. Contains news and analysis, information on local markets, and more gathered from major business tabloids, magazines, daily newspapers, wire services, and city, state, and regional business publications.
ABI/INFORM Trade & Industry Coverage: 1971 - current
- ABI/INFORM Trade & Industry Business, Economics: trade and industry periodicals and newsletters Search more than 750 business periodicals and newsletters with a trade or industry focus. Provides users with the latest industry news, product and competitive information, marketing trends, and a wide variety of other topics. Contains publications on every major industry, including finance, insurance, transportation, construction, and many more.
- An indexing and full-text database with scholarly and trade publications. Searchable by keyword, company name and NAICS codes among other options. Results are divided into categories, some of which are industry profiles, SWOT analyses and country reports. Company and industry profiles are provided by Datamonitor and country reports are provided by the Economist Intelligence Unit. The "Books/Monographs" category leads to entries from the Almanac of American Employers.
- The Emerald Library contains full text of 130 journals from the fields of management, human resources, marketing, and similar disciplines.

- PsycINFO (To use for human resources) A good source of research and articles on employee attitudes, motivation, productivity and workplace or occupational stress.
- Indexes leading business magazines and trade and research journals, and includes the full text of selected periodicals. The abstracts range from 50 to 150 words and describe the content and scope of the source articles. Full text coverage begins in January 1995."
General Indexes to Magazine, Journal & Newspaper Articles
- Factiva contains the full text of all Dow Jones publications and 8,000 other publications, 20,000 company reports, and selected business web sites. In addition it contains the full text of Reuters Business Briefings which include global business news as well as foreign language publications. Works best with Internet Explorer 5.01 and newer.
- Indexed and full-text back to 1984. In addition to keyword, the index is searchable by company name, product name and NAICS code. To reach this feature use "Advanced Search" and select from the drop-down box beside each search box.
